Beatrice Bonaventure Katembo is the Founder and CEO of Technology Gem, an innovative IT solutions provider specializing in IT services and consultancy, software development, industrial technologies, and system integration. Established in 2024 Technology Gem is committed to delivering high-quality, timely ICT solutions to clients globally.

With over 10 yrs of working experience in IT sector and having worked in Zimbabwe, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, and Tanzania. Beatrice has held several leadership roles, including SAP HCM team lead at Twenty Third Century Systems, and senior SAP HCM S/4 HANA consultant and team lead at Alttab Africa and E-Justice Ghana. She also served as Human Resource Manager at Bright Hope for Africa, bringing a unique blend of technical and human resource expertise to her ventures.

 Driven by a passion for transforming society through technology and continuous learning, Beatrice founded Technology Gem to create meaningful change through innovative IT solutions. Under her leadership, the company has partnered with Hodusoft to further expand its offerings and provide cutting-edge services.

Beatrice holds a degree in Law and Human Resource Management from Cavendish University, and she is certified in SAP, Checkpoint Sales Specialist, and Introduction to Cisco Sales, Cisco Sales, and Dell Sales Workstation. In addition to her professional work, Beatrice is deeply passionate about mentoring young inteprenuers in IT. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading books, and traveling.
